hey, i took Nature Bell’s Tongkat Ali in June last year and Solaray Tongkat Ali 2020, but both didn’t quite perform to my expectations. Everyone claims that they’re the best Tongkat Ali in the US! Tried Elm & Rye Tongkat Ali but i had nausea and caused me headaches. Its better to stick to pure tongkat ali extract that is clinically tested.
