“My recovery rate has definitely improved with AKARALI. After my full marathon, it only took 2 days for me to fully recover and I slept so well. My muscle soreness only lasted for about a day, and it was noticeably less painful.”

  1. Tell us a little bit about yourself (name, age, where you live, what you do for a living, etc.), your running background, and how you discovered Tongkat Ali and AKARALI
    Celine Ng, 45, from Kuala Lumpur – I’m a businesswoman running the family business. Heard about AKARALI from a friend at a running club event while we were chatting about the disadvantages and side effects of using gels to boost energy. For e.g. gastrointestinal discomfort and the artificial substances in it. My friend informed me about this natural product and told me about AKARALI. Without hesitation, I immediately went to the website, read about it, and immediately bought it online to try.

 

  1. How many kilometers do you typically run per week? What is your best time for different distances like 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and full marathon?
    Average about 60 – 70km per week, depending on training menu. 5km is 33.33 min, 10km is 58.35min HM is 2 hours 40 min, FM is 6 hours.

 

  1. How often do you participate in high-endurance races like marathons or ultramarathons? Have you noticed any specific benefits from using Tongkat Ali in your training or races?
    Average about 1 per month for running events. A very huge difference after using AKARALI. I used to have at least 2 to 3 energy gels for a HM and 30km race. After using AKARALI, I now only need an average of 1 gel for this kind of distance. But not because I am tired or lack energy, just due to sheer hunger. For the recent FM I joined, the whole run I only consumed 2 gels and 5 AKARALI capsules. The 2 energy gels I took at about the 26th km because I was just really hungry and the other one was about 35th km. For normal training, I will only take 1 or 2 capsules before I start, depending on the distance I need to go. Sometimes when I wake up and feel tired due to work, I will also take 1 capsule in the morning and I will feel very energetic after that. 

 

  1. Can you describe a specific instance where Tongkat Ali noticeably improved your performance or endurance during a marathon or ultramarathon?
    Normally during training, I will start at about 5AM and for events at about 3AM or 4AM, depends on the category. Before I learned about AKARALI for e.g. during a HM event halfway I literally have to pour water and slap myself to wake myself up. My eyelids were so heavy and basically at about 8 – 9km in I had to replenish with an energy gel. After taking AKARALI, this issue has been solved. I only need to re-dose with another capsule at about 12 – 15 km to replenish my energy and the energy return builds up drastically. My legs definitely also feel stronger and I no longer feel sleepy during these early morning events. One big difference I noticed is for uphill running – normally I will walk as this part usually tires me out easily. With AKARALII, I can jog uphill with much less effort. 

 

  1. What other supplements do you use in combination with Tongkat Ali? How do they complement each other, and have you noticed any synergistic effects?
    I only take AKARALI and energy gels when needed.

 

  1. How do you prepare for a marathon / ultramarathon? Does your preparation routine include Tongkat Ali, and if so, how?
    Yes. I do use it for my training but at a lower dose than for races.

    It helps a lot. For my first FM, due to work and other commitments I didn’t train much, especially for long slow endurance and had been doing more short run training. Thanks to AKARALI, during my FM I manage to achieve a sub-6 with only 5 pills of AKARALI and 2 gels. 

 

  1. How does Tongkat Ali affect your recovery process after high-endurance runs? Have you noticed any changes in muscle soreness, fatigue, or overall recovery time?
    My recovery rate with it has improved. After my FM, it only took 2 days for me to fully recover and I slept so well. There was no lingering fatigue, felt very fresh. It is not like a caffeine kind of alertness. It’s a very natural kind of fresh feeling without the jitteriness. My muscle soreness only last for about a day, and is noticeably less painful.

    Fantastic. I am very alert and I don’t feel sleepy at all. That’s the most important part.

During training 1 or 2 capsules before start. During events HM or 30km (normally about 3 capsules) 2 capsules before start, subsequent 10 to 15km, 1 capsule. FM (5 capsules) 2 capsules before start and subsequent 10 to 12 km 1 capsule.

    Energy return is super-fast compared to other supplements and no muscle cramps. No side effects like gastrointestinal discomfort or feeling too wired to rest properly after too.
