The market is filled with counterfeits and illegal sex supplements that are destroying our society, morality, and state of health.
Recent news of USD 1 million worth of fake viagras seized by US customs is just the tip of the iceberg.

Almost 70% of the Viagras sold online are fake
A study by Dr. Irwin Goldstein of San Diego Sexual Medicine in California showed that 77% of Viagra samples bought online were counterfeit and contained only between 30% and 50% of the levels of the active ingredients.
Thus searching for an authentic Viagra or natural viagras can often be disappointing.

Almost 70% of Tongkat Ali brands sold in the market today are filled with sawdust, high level of mercury and often mixed with illegal substances such as Viagra or Cialis.

The supplement industry is constantly filled with irresponsible sellers who are looking ways to make quick profits in expense of other people’s lives.

Hamer Candy was banned by the Singapore Health Authority (HSA) in August 2020 as they found nortadalafil – chemically related to tadalafil, a prescription medicine used to treat male erectile dysfunction.
According to HSA, “the use of nortadalafil may lead to increased risk of serious adverse effects including low blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks”
HSA has issued warnings to the Hamer Candy sellers and directed the respective website administrators to take down the affected listings.

At the same time, the Malaysian Health Ministry has seized Hamer Ginseng & Coffee Candy and is actively monitoring 87 websites selling Hamer candy.
Malaysian impose strict laws and those found guilty can be fined up to RM3,000 or jailed not more than one year, or both.
Despite that, Hamer Candy is still selling actively in China.

I have been married for 25 years , and the activity in bedroom seems in need of some “spice”. Really sceptical about these sex supplement on the market, while the traditional tongkat ali sold in pasar malam seems unconvincing. Until I stumbled upon the new packaged AkarAli in capsule form which really intrigues me into trying these products.
This is the reason why consumer are generally skeptical about natural / traditional supplements. Their intention selling counterfeit viagra was solely to get profit. There’s no r&d or any safety measures involved in the making of this such products. Like the article said, ‘research before you buy’. Personally, i’d recommend the natural alternatives as it is much cleaner and a lot less side effects.
